Velorythm headlined our outdoor charity fundraiser for the 14th year in a row. They just keep getting better and better! The dance floor was crowded and people clearly enjoyed them. They were easy to work with, could not have been more accommodating and added fun to the entire weekend. We already booked them for next year. The Village Gala Committee is grateful for Bev, Rich and the outstanding musicians and voices of Velorythm. I give them our highest recommendation.
I just wanted to touch base with you to let you know how much we enjoyed Velorythm in our 2016 Regenstrief Foundation Benefit Charity Ball. It was a great night with a great sound! We have heard nothing but positive comments from our patrons about the band. They not only have excellent voices/musicianship, but they have a way of engaging the audience and making a fun evening! This is the second year for the Regenstrief Benefit to feature Velorythm and I do have many people ask if they are coming back again next year for the event. This experience is perfect for this benefit as we have several ages attending from ballroom dancers to young students from the IU Med School. It is not often that we have a band play and play such a variety that includes music for all the ages. I would have them back ANYTIME for the event!
I first heard Velorythm at the Lake Maxinkuckee Yacht Club’s annual Commodore’s Ball in the winter of 2015. During the break I was able to talk with them about possibly playing for my son’s wedding in the summer of 2016. Within a half hour of meeting with Rich and the band we booked them for his outdoor wedding and reception. They were easy to work with and made every aspect of the booking process smooth.
On the day of the wedding they arrived on site and set up in record time and played through our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and party time. We received nothing but compliments from our guests from the complete range of music they played. The outside venue only made them sound better.
Some of our guests have asked for their contact information for parties they will be hosting. I would have no problem with that, Velorythm was a big part of making it a complete success.
In addition to being fantastic musicians, they posses great personalities and fit in seamlessly to the event.
We highly recommend them for any and all events.
It was a pleasure having your band play at the Brown County Inn this year! You have a great sound and singing voices as well as being easy going and easy to work with. Hope to see you back here next year.
